Pasadena Independent School District recently announced its policy for providing free and reduced-price meals for children served under the attached current income eligibility guidelines. Each school/site or Child Nutrition Services has a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by anyone on request.

Nestled under fifty-year-old trees at a playground at Freeman Elementary, now lies the same iconic artificial turf of the Eighth Wonder of the World. Two rolls of Astroturf, weighing over six tons, were recently delivered directly from the Astrodome and installed as part of a beautification project at Freeman.
