Grievance Information and Procedures

The district hopes that satisfactory conclusions to all complaints can be reached through an informal process; however, if not, both parents and employees have the right to a formal process as stated in the Pasadena ISD School Board Policy. Even after starting the formal complaint process, employees and parents are encouraged to use the informal process to solve problems.

Resolving Problems Concerning Students

Occasionally academic or discipline problems may arise. School staff members are there to help resolve these difficulties. Frequently, a phone call or conference is all that is necessary. Please contact the school office to arrange for a call or conference with the teacher involved.
