DISTRICT TO OFFER ONLINE REGISTRATION TO SELECT CAMPUSES


  Beginning August 6, 2013, Pasadena ISD will be offering online registration for returning students at select campuses. Campuses include Sam Rayburn High, Southmore Intermediate, Shaw Middle, and Mae Smythe  Elementary.
  Parents will need a valid email address and their child’s specific student access code given with the end of year report card to complete the online registration process. If you no longer have or  cannot find your student's  access code, please call your child's home campus.
  The online registration is available through the district’s homepage or by visiting studentregistration.pasadenaisd.org.  
  Complete information including detailed instructions in English, Spanish and Vietnamese are also available online.

GENERAL ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

  Registration for new students for the 2013-2014school year will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 13–15. Schools are assigned on the basis of residential address, and registration takes place at each individual campus. For more information regarding times, please call your child’s home campus. 

To enroll a child in school, the district requires that parents present the following information to school personnel:

•  A current lease, rental agreement, deed, mortgage payment booklet; and,

•   A current utility bill (water, gas, electric, land-line phone); and,

•  A record of immunizations showing that the child is current on all required shots

 Requested but not required documents:

•  Withdrawal record or report card from previous school

•   Birth certificate (original or certified copy)

•   Social security card

•   Any legal documents (adoption order, divorce decree, CPS orders, etc.)

Please note:  If your residence or housing is uncertain, you lack a permanent physical address, or live at a temporary address, you can still enroll in school. Contact the school's attendance clerk or school district's liaison office at 713.740.0249 for more information.
