CANDIDATE APPLICATION PACKETS
A candidate must complete and submit an official Application for a Place on the Ballot and all other required forms in person, or via mail (received in office; not postmarked), e mail, or fax. Beginning, Monday, January 4, 2021, candidate application packets will be available for pick up in the Accountability & Compliance Elections Office, Room F6, or you may download the packet in three parts as listed below:

If the due date for a report falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the report is due on the next regular business day.
